North Cheshire Clarion had just two events where we carried out fundraising in 2019, our Annual Dinner and the Mere Audax event. At the Mere Audax event on a foggy February morning we had 80 riders complete the 205km event and 26 complete the 160km event, with donations on the day and a donation from the event proceeds we had a total of £355 which was donated to Headway, the brain injury charity. At our Annual dinner we ran a charity raffle and again made a donation from club funds making a total of £720 donated to the local homeless charity The Y Project.
